They were great! My pool was green for about a month. I tried treating the algae with multiple things but was not successful. They came out and in about an hour and a half my pool was back to blue! Very reasonable prices too. Highly recommend!

We have used Elizabeth and Carlos for 2 years now. Not only are they pleasant to work with. Their pricing is unbelievable. Both of them know what they are doing. We hadn’t used our pool for a couple of years and frogs had taken up residence in it. You couldn’t see through the water at all. They came out, installed a new pump and filter, cleaned out the debris and had the pool restored to its original beauty within a few days. Crystal Clear Pool Service/Carlos & Elizabeth are great! They are dependable, friendly, and do a great job - our pool looks beautiful! We were concerned when our former pool company decided not to service our area anymore and so I set about calling at least 20 companies to find someone who would accommodate our needs. After many calls (some of which were not even returned), we decided to go with Crystal Clear & we thank God all the time that we chose wisely! Our pool is crystal clear! Plus, besides the regular maintenance, Carlos came through when we were in a bind when we discovered we had a leak in one of the pipes due to a yard worker hitting it with a shovel. We were losing a lot of water and he came over right away to figure out the problem and deal with it. We really appreciated not having to lose water while waiting days or weeks for someone to help us. They really care about their clients.
